“We are very pleased to have had Research for Purpose deliver training in AAP/PSEA for the UNICEF Refugee Response Office in Poland. It was a critical step towards strengthening UNICEF’s IPs' ability to engage with refugees and ensure that their voices are heard, needs are met, and feedback loops are closed in a systematic and meaningful way. The training session received overwhelmingly positive feedback, with 90% of participants rating the training as either excellent or good. Participants particularly valued the focus on feedback and complaint mechanisms (FCMs), with 85% noting that the practical examples and discussions helped them better understand how to implement these systems in their own organizations. The hands-on action planning sessions resonated strongly as well, with 80% of participants reporting that they left with concrete steps to implement improvements in their feedback mechanisms.”
