During the Ukrainian Refugee crisis in Italy, our experts helped the Italian government, UN agencies and local and national NGOs to agree on a common strategy to combat trafficking, exploitation, misinformation and disinformation affecting Ukrainian refugees coming to Italy during the peak of the war.

Designing feedback and complaints mechanisms for data-driven decision-making

After speaking with all stakeholders, mapping their activities and capacities, and investigating the real dangers refugees faced, our experts created a national strategy, using both online and offline tools, for social and behavioral change, targeting refugees, hosted communities and nation institutions, that was then adopted by the whole response.
