Tom is an experienced facilitator, executive and team coach with significant experience of supporting individuals, teams and organisations across sectors through major change.

His expertise is in building collaboration, bringing diverse groups of people together to make progress on complex issues of shared concern. As an ICF certified coach, Tom’s strengths lie in his ability to:

  • Quickly get alongside a group, understand their context, build trust and relationships, and create an environment where they can get into the critical conversations they need to have; and
  • Listen deeply and ask powerful questions that generate awareness, new thinking and commitment to action.

Tom works extensively at senior and board level. Clients include the NHS, The UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office, The Bank of England, Boston Consulting Group and Laureus Sport for Good Foundation. He has a Masters in Corporate Responsibility and brings strategic advisory skills from his time at Brunswick and significant expertise in the design and facilitation of a wide range of development programmes.

Tom dedicates 15% of his time to pro bono support to local charities and social enterprises. He has been a coach with OnPurpose for the last 5 years and also provides coaching to Emmaus Lambeth, a charity he has supported since 2011.

Tom speaks conversational French and Spanish. Outside of work, he is married with two children and tries to spend as much time as possible outdoors in nature.
